Hi!
My name is Teresia Wallgren and I want to have one late BBQ birthday party/goodbye party with some of my colleagues since I will move back to Sweden.
My plan is to have this next Saturday (30 april) from 14 to around 23.00.
I wonder if it is okay to put up a party tent that is 3x6m or 3×8 m in the park?
We will not block any streets and we will use normal charcoal BBQ grill and no open fire and we will use candles with fire safe holders.
It is with my colleagues from Amazon NL and Amazon SE.
We will of course clean up everything and keep it clean.
We will be less than 20 persons.
Please can I get your permission to do this? I was in contact with the gemeente and they said that I should contact you regarding this.
I tried to call you earlier today but I did not get any answer.
